About the Mosinee Trap Team
Shooters living in the Mosinee area in grades 5 through college are invited to participate.
The athletes must have four practice rounds completed before the beginning of the season, with League shooting beginning the near the first week in April. Practice dates will be announced at the Parent Meeting immediately preceding the season. Expect those to be Sundays, Tuesdays & Thursdays.
Athletes shoot each week (once per week, on one of two defined days) through the beginning of June. Most shoots are completed virtually at the Mosinee Sportsmen’s Alliance, 214105 County Rd B, Mosinee, with a final face-to-face Conference match with date/location to be announced. The team will also compete the State SCTP shoot in Rome, WI at the WTA Homegrounds in June. Opportunities exist to participate in various shoots throughout the state and at Nationals at Marengo, Ohio. SCTP is also a funnel for the Olympic team and there are opportunities to participate in camps.
